Access Storage - North Bay East

We have really enjoyed our experience with Access Storage so far. The staff is friendly and accommodating. When there was an error on our invoice it was easy to connect with customer service and the issue was resolved immediately! The units and buildings are safe, clean and secure. We've used lots of storage places in the past and are most happy with Access!

My experience with Access Storage on Gibson St. North Bay, ON. was 10/10 or 5 Star with Shawn Foisy and his staff member. I had an Estate to administer as the Sole Trustee . The Estate was quite complicated and not pleasant. The Staff at Gibson St. were not only very helpful, but understanding and compassionate. Customer service was amazing, every representative spoken with was diligent, very friendly, and was very clear with their communication. The check in process was done over the phone and had access to a unit within minutes. Would highly recommend/use again.

This place charged me for two units when I only had one in use and it didn't get figured out for 3 months. Then they charged me extra again one month. The manager said he would look into it, he has yet to call me and it has been a about a month. The communication is horrible and the mistakes cost hundreds of dollars and they do not try and fix it for you promptly. I do not recommend at all. If there is another company that is more expensive, believe me, it is worth the price. Update!!! I have since spoken to a regional manager and he helped me through all the issues and corrected the wrongs.

Very helpful when I ran into some unfortunate issues upon my move in date but they were quick to come up with a solution and gracious the entire way. Great new facility with easy access and tools to get your move done quick. Can't recommend enough.
