We rented a storage unit at the new Gibson St. location while moving houses and now we happily recommend Access Storage to everyone! Josée took care of our account and was very friendly and helpful; always quick to respond to our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. The building is new and the units and hallways are VERY clean. We had 24-hour access to our belongings and the video cameras helped us feel that everything was secure. Dollies were available whenever we needed them. Moving involves a lot of stress, but the storage unit made things so much easier!

Amazing customer service at the Gibson street Access storage!! These guys here are so polite and sweet, willing to bend over backwards to assist with everything.
Kris was so patient when it came to talking through all the paperwork and will definitely be coming back when I need another unit!

I had an outstanding experience, largely thanks to Josée at the front desk. Her customer service was truly excellent – so much so that it prompted me to write this review, which I rarely do! I called ahead to inquire about my preferred unit size, and she not only called back with impressive speed but also provided thorough and perfect answers to all my questions. When I arrived, the reception area was spotless; I've honestly never seen one so clean. Kudos to Josée and the entire team for such a well-maintained and customer-focused environment.

Without a doubt, would recommend to a friend! As soon as I called, Josee followed up with me and helped me through the entire process, answering every question I asked. Once I got there, the units were amazingly clean and the service was immediate and as great as on the phone. I'd like to thank both staff and Josee for helping me the whole time!

I rented an outside storage to store a trailer before I moved. Easy online process. Was called moments later to finish the details and pay. Good price. Very helpful and polite staff. I'd definitely recommend them.
